1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made 48 Hours before the scheduled screening can receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24 Hours before the scheduled screening can be Rescheduled within 1 month duration.
- Wednesday offer & Ticketed event can not be cancelled, Rescheduled or Refunded.
- Students’ offers can not be applied to Wednesday offers or any ticketed events.
2. Cancellation by The Loft Screening
- In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through Razorpay and will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days.
